Main Responsibilities:- Welcoming guests and owners with a warm smile and a personalized touch.
- Efficiently checking in and out guests, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Generating folios and collecting payments with precision and professionalism.
- Receiving and responding to housekeeping and maintenance requests, and coordinating with the right team members.
- Preparing and restocking the front desk with supplies, including arrival packets and area information.
- Answering phones and directing calls with a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Performing other duties as assigned by your leader.
- Proficient English language skills.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize duties to meet organizational deadlines and demands.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Front Desk/Guest Services Agent experience.
- Cash/credit card transactions experience.
- Resort Hospitality or related industry experience.
