Ellsworth Dispensing Solutions is at the forefront of providing innovative solutions for manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software applications using C++, Java, and CodeSYS, while effectively navigating and troubleshooting Linux systems.
  • Design, implement, and optimize electronic control systems to automate and oversee industrial operations.
  • Create technical designs, process diagrams, SCADA block diagrams, and control schematics to facilitate automation.
  • Configure and optimize systems utilizing PLC and HMI methodologies.
  • Model, test, and analyze output data to identify performance or quality challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and update documentation, including drawings, models, and engineering summaries using CAD and ERP software.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; other combinations of education and experience may be considered.
  • Preferred certifications in SolidWorks (e.g., CSWA, CSWP, CSWE) and/or Engineering in Training (EIT).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and track outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of continuous improvement methodologies in manufacturing.
  • Proficient in documenting manufacturing processes, inspection, and testing protocols.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and provide training to team members on processing information.
  • Familiarity with automation and electronic components.
  • Capacity to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
