This position is integral to our Dispensing Solutions division and focuses on the development and maintenance of software that governs industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

As an Industrial Automation Engineer, your primary duties will include:

  • Developing software applications using C++, Java, and CodeSYS, while effectively navigating and troubleshooting Linux environments.
  • Designing, installing, and optimizing electronic control systems to enhance the automation and monitoring of industrial processes.
  • Creating technical designs, process diagrams, SCADA block diagrams, and control schematics to facilitate automation controls.
  • Configuring systems utilizing PLC and HMI methodologies.
  • Conducting modeling, testing, and performance analysis to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Managing Engineering Change Requests (ECR) and updating documentation, including drawings and models, through CAD Systems and ERP software.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in documenting manufacturing processes and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Physical capability to lift weights up to 50 pounds when necessary.
