Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to enhance our operations team. In this role, you will be instrumental in cultivating and reinforcing connections with our corporate clientele. As the primary liaison for all client-related inquiries, you will utilize your existing relationships to drive further business opportunities. Our operations team is pivotal to our customer success and the overall growth of TermsChecker.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster and expand relationships with corporate clients.
  • Oversee and coordinate work orders effectively.
  • Address high-priority requests or escalations as necessary, employing innovative problem-solving techniques.
  • Collaborate with the product team to outline new features aimed at enhancing the customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for new business within existing accounts and suggest areas for improvement.
  • Proactively define new roles and responsibilities as needed.

  • You possess strong listening skills and ask insightful questions to fully grasp tasks or challenges presented.
