Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Chef/Owner to develop and implement innovative menu concepts and specials
  • Lead the cooking process on the line, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared to meet our standards
  • Develop and implement new menu items and specials, driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in pop-up events, contributing to the creation of unique dining experiences
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food preparation

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably with Latin or Mexican cuisine
  • Ability to work hands-on, without a clipboard, and participate in on-the-line training
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personalities
  • Desire for a long-term position and commitment to our company values

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range of $65,000-75,000
  • Discretionary bonuses and additional bonuses at Christmas
  • Health and dental coverage, with a $200/month commitment towards the employee's selected plan
Work Environment

We prioritize employee well-being and offer a balanced work schedule, typically ranging from 45-48 hours over a 5-day week. Our goal is to provide a positive and supportive work environment that allows our team members to thrive both personally and professionally.
