Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist on the line and take charge of kitchen operations during the Executive Chef's days off.

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan menus, manage inventory, and maintain quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive work environment.
  • Participate in menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to ensure consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
  • Current Serve Safe Certification
  • 2-3 years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef or similar role
  • Proven track record of managing kitchen operations, controlling costs, and maintaining quality standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
