POSITION SUMMARY:

In this role, you will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with high-value corporate clients within MicroCare's Precision Cleaning and Medical Fluids sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop, enhance, and optimize relationships with key clients and prospective accounts.
  2. Utilize a consultative sales approach to deliver presentations and proposals that highlight value-driven solutions with a focus on compliance and environmental sustainability.
  3. Direct sales initiatives to introduce and promote MicroCare's Precision Cleaning and Medical product lines to targeted clients and medical device manufacturers.
  4. Provide training and support to MicroCare Precision Clean manufacturer representatives and distributors regarding vapor degreasing processes.
  5. Assess client needs, devise solutions for cleaning applications, and effectively communicate the business value proposition to clients and prospects.
  6. Demonstrate the ability to convey chemical and engineering concepts to both local management and executive teams.
  7. Leverage the full range of MicroCare products to increase "Share of Wallet" within existing accounts.
  8. Engage proactively with clients to create action plans that address inquiries and promote product innovation.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  10. Utilize MicroCare's CRM system to forecast and manage the sales pipeline, tracking and achieving sales and growth targets. Provide regular updates to company management on key account developments and potential project ROI.
  11. Participate in the negotiation of contractual and financial terms while ensuring ongoing client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
  12. Prepare and submit necessary sales and expense reports punctually.
  13. Stay informed about new technologies and the competitive and regulatory landscape.
  14. Attend industry trade shows and technical conferences to support product lines.
  15. Perform additional duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of sales experience with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Proficient project management skills.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing systems development and implementation.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in a self-directed work environment.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
