Your Role

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the Software Delivery team, facilitating the implementation, deployment, and client success of industry-agnostic tools developed and commercialized by BCG for clients and consulting teams. These products are designed for large-scale transformations at our clients and can encompass a variety of topics and technical frameworks. You will play a pivotal role in delivering and supporting BCG's client-facing products.

Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating directly with client teams and consulting teams, as well as supporting strategic business initiatives and enhancing capabilities for the internal team, taking guidance from senior business leaders overseeing the product and senior stakeholders in the relevant Practice Areas (PAs). Your tasks will involve:

  • Collaborating with BCG consulting teams and clients to comprehend client processes, business requirements, and data structures/challenges.
  • Developing a profound understanding of BCG's products and solutions.
  • Coordinating the implementation of TALENTBUILDER for your assigned projects.
  • Onboarding and training clients and project teams on the product.
  • Promoting and advocating product capabilities with BCG clients to ensure high levels of client success and satisfaction.
  • Configuring and customizing the software to meet client needs.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in our services and offerings.
  • Addressing client inquiries and requests, including troubleshooting, software configurations, service issues, and regular updates.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional, targeted support to case teams and clients through:

  • Acting as the primary contact for multiple subscription clients, maintaining client satisfaction and fostering customer loyalty through proactive communication and resource orchestration to ensure client success.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with the BCG case team, BCG's clients, and TALENTBUILDER topic experts to understand client processes, business requirements, and specific delivery program needs.
  • Stakeholder management: Building trust and transparency with clients and serving as a customer advocate within the product team.
  • Ownership of product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle, starting with tool configurations and managing client expectations.
  • Ability to navigate complex client situations and lead resolutions towards mutual success and partnership.
  • Facilitating and supporting workshops with clients and BCG case teams as necessary during the delivery program.
  • Ongoing partnership management, including introducing new releases/features to clients and ensuring they maximize value from product usage.

Additionally, you will contribute to the broader commercial agenda and long-term success of the product by:

  • Representing TALENTBUILDER internally and externally, including client demonstrations, presentations at topic area meetings, and similar forums.
  • Building strong client relationships to support positive future commercial outcomes for our major products/solutions and the larger BCG client service business.
  • Establishing strong relationships with CT leadership to advocate for TALENTBUILDER and create further staffing opportunities.
  • Providing post-case support and guidance as part of the overall solution service model.
  • Supporting business development efforts through a strong understanding of client needs and demonstrated expertise in the solution.
  • Collaborating closely with the Product Leadership team, topic area team, and key BCG stakeholders on proposal support and associated business development activities, including strategic initiatives, advanced analytics, data/AI capability building, and incorporating thought leadership into the product.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field is required.
· 4+ years of SaaS experience in a client service environment, preferably in the consulting industry.
· Proven experience in a client-facing role, explaining and implementing complex software solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
· Well-organized, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
· Strong data analytics skills with a solid problem-solving approach to leverage data analytics tools (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) with minimal supervision.
· Ability to adapt communication styles to various stakeholders and cultures as part of a global team and support product communications (demonstrations, presentations, and proposal pitches).
· Capability to independently respond to ad-hoc requests utilizing data (e.g., benchmarking, market insights, analytics).
· Entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to achieve ambitious goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in software configuration/setup/administration.
· Familiarity with setting up data transformation tools/pipelines.
· Advanced degree.
