Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Develop and maintain effective quality management systems to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Monitor and report on quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or quality assurance.
