Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Daikin is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling existing customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
