About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with experience in driving revenue growth in a startup or high-growth environment. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic revenue generation plans, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative and scalable revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to effectively represent our product or service
- Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers, positioning the Bahwan Cybertek Group as a disruptive force in the market

Requirements
- Proven experience in sales leadership, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment, with a focus on the technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic revenue generation plans
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
