Regional Director of Business Growth

BioIVT is a global leader in the provision of research models and value-added research services for drug discovery and development. Our expertise lies in control and disease-state biospecimens, including human and animal tissues, cell products, blood, and other biofluids. This enables scientists to better understand pharmacokinetics and drug metabolism of newly discovered compounds and their effects on disease processes.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Regional Commercial Champion to drive regional sales strategy in alignment with our overall sales objectives. As a core member of the commercial leadership team, you will participate in strategy and review meetings, lead regional demand management sessions, and manage customer relationships and commercial transactions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead regional sales strategy implementation within our overall sales strategy and matrix organization structure.
- Participate in annual BioIVT global sales strategy decision-making processes.
- Implement agreed annual BioIVT sales strategy at regional and global strategic account levels.
- Manage and grow the regional revenue as defined in annual planning processes.
- Build executive relationships with key customer decision-makers.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A BS in Biology or basic science-related field, plus 5 years of commercial life science leadership experience.
- Advanced degree (MBA or PhD) preferred.
- Experience setting goals and managing by metrics.
- Proficient in managing effective sales team processes and control mechanisms.
