San Francisco, California, United States Showami Full time

About Showami: Showami is a platform designed to connect licensed real estate professionals with one another to facilitate property viewings. We are currently looking for licensed real estate specialists in the San Francisco area and its surroundings to assist in showcasing properties.

Position Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid real estate license.
  • Access to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) is essential.
  • Experience in conducting home showings within the greater San Francisco region is required.
  • Ability to utilize an electronic lockbox for property access is necessary.

Compensation: Showing Specialists will earn an average of $32 for each property shown, with the potential for additional tips based on performance. It is common to show multiple properties to a single client, and you will be compensated for each home presented.

Application Process: Interested candidates can apply through job platforms or directly through our service if they meet the outlined qualifications.

Note: Showami operates as a connecting service rather than a real estate brokerage. Licensed agents will maintain their affiliations with their respective brokerages. We have been recognized as a leading service in the real estate industry, often referred to as "The Uber of Real Estate." We provide showing assistance throughout California.

Important: Candidates must have comprehensive MLS access and the capability to schedule and conduct home showings using an electronic lockbox.
