Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and source qualified properties through various channels, including real estate agencies and property listings.
- Drive overall business growth by leveraging cold outreach, email marketing, networking, and a deep understanding of the local market to increase property supply.
- Effectively communicate Blueground's value proposition, showcasing the advantages our services offer to landlords, real estate brokers, and partners.
- Engage with property owners and real estate partners, managing pricing negotiations and contract administration in accordance with company protocols.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related role.
- A Real Estate license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the San Francisco real estate market.
- Exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for aesthetically pleasing homes and the ability to conduct property inspections.
- Capability to work autonomously and take initiative.
