We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the expansion of our community in San Francisco. As the Executive Director, San Francisco, you will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy for our San Francisco location, working closely with our founders to create a unique and engaging experience for our members.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the San Francisco location, including property search, negotiation, and launch
- Host events and programming featuring elite tech industry guests to build excitement and engagement among our members
- Manage day-to-day operations and strategy of Launch House San Francisco, including physical property, residency programs, events, and member experience
- Communicate with local members and stakeholders, representing Launch House in San Francisco
- Collaborate with our product and remote operations teams to ensure a seamless experience for our members
Requirements
- 4-7+ years of experience in a fast-paced leadership role, such as founder, venture capitalist, general manager, management consultant, product manager, or other similar roles
- Strong network in San Francisco, with connections to key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deep experience or interest in community building, real estate, startups, and web3
- Owner's mentality, with high output and a focus on execution and detail
- Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Unique interpersonal skills and charisma, with the ability to build new relationships and lead from day one
