Administrative Billing Coordinator

LOCATION: Houston, TX
REPORTING TO: Oilfield Services Manager
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday. Hours to be determined. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be necessary.
COMPENSATION: Hourly wage based on skills and experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather documentation to initiate the billing process
- Systematically organize and categorize paperwork
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Enter fuel data from documents into SAP for invoicing
- Cross-train in billing and customer support functions
- Manage and oversee a shared email inbox
- Maintain and update group spreadsheets
- Track and respond to paperwork-related email inquiries
- Communicate effectively with drivers and management
- Investigate and resolve documentation discrepancies
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the manager
- At least 1 year of experience in an office setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Intermediate level mathematical skills
- Professional phone communication skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Outstanding organizational capabilities with attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to adjust hours as needed
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Background in the transportation sector
- Experience within the oil and gas industry
- Familiarity with SAP software
- Prior experience in billing processes
