About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator, Production Control to join our team at Serta Simmons Bedding, LLC. This role will provide administrative support to our operations, human resource, and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile analytical reports for use by operations teams
  • Review and process AP invoices daily to ensure accuracy and coding
  • Process Bill of Ladings post shipment to ensure accurate billing and document retention
  • Provide ad-hoc support for internal and external audits, compiling requested documents and performing research as needed
  • Receipt and validate customer returns to ensure accuracy of product quantities and SKU#s
  • Manage general office operations, including supply purchases and event planning
  • Provide desktop support and engage with the IT department as necessary to resolve issues
  • File documents as necessary and accommodate plant guests
  • Manage Access Control System, creating access badges as needed and terminating access as necessary
  • Support the customer service team to resolve customer requests for Bill of Ladings and address invoicing discrepancies
  • Occasionally serve as back-up to the HR Business Partner to conduct New Hire Onboarding and address employee inquiries
  • Prepare production paperwork, including printing law tags and production tags for dissemination to production teams
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED, Associates degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience working in an administrative capacity requiring office management
