- Familiarity with databases and data entry is advantageous.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support as needed.
- Open and manage new legal matters and files.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of client invoices.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of billing and supporting documents.
- Facilitate the submission of vendor invoices and payment requests.
- Handle a significant volume of invoices each month.
- Conduct research and address inquiries related to billing concerns.
- Maintain and update data using Excel spreadsheets.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
