Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support as needed.
  • Open and manage new legal matters and files.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of client invoices.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of billing and supporting documents.
  • Facilitate the submission of vendor invoices and payment requests.
  • Handle a significant volume of invoices each month.
  • Conduct research and address inquiries related to billing concerns.
  • Maintain and update data using Excel spreadsheets.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.
