  • Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints by coordinating with necessary internal departments such as Technical Support and Quality Assurance.

  • Record Maintenance: Accurately document all customer interactions, including inquiries and actions taken to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher education degree.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in customer management software and computer systems.
  • Experience with SAP is a plus.
  • Ability to manage challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
  • Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
