Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Service Representative to join our team at Fifth Third Bank. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our Wealth Advisors, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Wealth Advisors in administrative and client-facing activities
  • Build effective relationships with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Provide proactive day-to-day client service, anticipating and resolving client needs in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal partners to obtain client information and resolve issues

Requirements
  • Associate degree or BS/BA preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of banking/investment client service experience
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
