The LaSalle Group is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to enhance our client relations. This role is fully remote and offers a full-time schedule. The selected candidate will undergo a comprehensive training program to ensure success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls from clients regarding billing inquiries and service-related issues.
  • Provide timely communication with clients through phone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and service teams.
  • Facilitate client payments by connecting them with third-party vendors.
  • Process requests for service initiation and termination as needed.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with experience in sales CRM systems.
