The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Client Service Representative to join our team. As a Client Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and patients as they enter the hospital, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer multi-line telephone, responding to client inquiries and providing information about our services.
  • Check patients in as they arrive, ensuring accurate and timely processing of patient information.
  • Notify technicians when patients have arrived, facilitating efficient and effective care.
  • Secure all documents prior to the arrival of patients for scheduled appointments, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Scan and save documents according to protocols, ensuring seamless integration with our electronic medical record system.
  • Input patient and client information correctly into the electronic medical record, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, supporting the overall mission and goals of the hospital.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to stay calm and composed in high-pressure situations, providing exceptional customer service even in challenging circumstances.
  • Proficient with computers and electronic medical record systems.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, patients, and staff.
  • Emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and social awareness, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
