Key Responsibilities:

As a Business Insurance Client Support Representative on our dedicated team, you will ensure prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to both clients and colleagues. Your role will involve collaborating with department members to fulfill customer service needs, with a strong emphasis on detail-oriented tasks such as processing changes, rating, and maintaining accurate client data.

Ideal Candidate:

We would be eager to connect with you if your professional background includes the following qualifications:
  • High school diploma required.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • One to two years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Property & Casualty license (or the ability to obtain within 90 days).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without the need for sponsorship.
Additional qualifications that would be advantageous, but not mandatory, include:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience with EPIC, Sagitta, and ImageRight.
