About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Western region sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the Western region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers in the Western region
  • Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives
  • Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports
  • Monitor and report on sales activity and forecasting
  • Lead demand generation activities and customer engagement initiatives
  • Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
Requirements:
  • Proven 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
  • Recognized performance leading a team of Account Executives
  • Established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills
  • Experience driving large deal activities and providing sales enablement coaching and mentoring
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Demonstrated passion for driving results and a healthy competitive disposition for winning
