Regional Sales Director, West

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Western region sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the Western region.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers in the Western region
- Develop and execute strategic go-to-market initiatives
- Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports
- Monitor and report on sales activity and forecasting
- Lead demand generation activities and customer engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute successful sales campaigns
- Proven 5+ years of sales leadership experience in a SaaS environment
- Recognized performance leading a team of Account Executives
- Established presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills
- Experience driving large deal activities and providing sales enablement coaching and mentoring
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
- Demonstrated passion for driving results and a healthy competitive disposition for winning
