Position Overview

As an Inside Product Support Specialist for our forklift division, you will be responsible for delivering product and technical assistance, as well as training related to our company's forklift models. Your role will involve supporting field service teams and offering technical guidance to all customers regarding our product range.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver expert product support for forklifts manufactured by the company.
  • Assist internal teams with inquiries or projects related to service.
  • Collaborate with the training department during training sessions, including event coordination and logistics.
  • Document all relevant communications in the Service Call Center database.
  • Prepare weekly reports outlining activities for the product support and warranty manager.
  • Review significant warranty claims in conjunction with the warranty department.
  • Provide updated technical insights to technicians seeking assistance.
  • Manage inquiries and incoming calls within the Service Call Center, directing them to the appropriate internal teams or field personnel.
  • Address inquiries from external customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirement: High School Diploma (or equivalent); 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
