Sales Account Manager

Are you passionate about helping others and making a difference in the healthcare industry? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships and driving results? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team at UnitedHealth Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to enroll Medicare beneficiaries in our Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with skilled nursing facility personnel to generate leads and drive enrollments
- Utilize traditional sales techniques to uncover needs and introduce features and benefits of our plan
- Meet or exceed sales targets and document all activity to ensure compliance with Medicare Marketing Guidelines
Requirements:
- Appropriate state health insurance licensure within 90 days of hire date or the ability to obtain
- Ability to maintain licensure and product certification based on policies and procedures
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales goals in a B2C or B2B setting or working in a skilled nursing facility
- Maintain a state driver's license or arrange for transportation in the field
- Demonstrated account management skills, including planning, documentation, and measurement
- Ability to work a variety of hours, including early morning, evenings, and weekends, as required by sales activities
- Willingness to travel 90% throughout the designated local territory
Preferred Qualifications:
- B2B and B2C experience
- Use of a CRM or the ability to show technical skills
