Role Responsibilities

Equinox is on the lookout for Membership Sales Advisors for our cutting-edge locations.

  • Drive membership sales and achieve personal sales targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients.
  • Organize events and workshops to generate leads within the club.
  • Exceed individual sales objectives, including renewals and additional services.
  • Plan monthly outreach strategies to secure member referrals.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing members.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales is preferred.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Confidence in a performance-based compensation structure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable demeanor.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness.
  • Enjoy collaborative teamwork.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly wage complemented by commission opportunities for:
