Role Summary:
The Membership Sales & Front Desk Associate plays a vital role at Scenthound, dedicated to promoting memberships while delivering outstanding service to every client and advocating for canine health and wellness. This role necessitates:

Ideal Candidate:
We seek a driven team player who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service. A successful Membership Sales & Front Desk Associate is personable, self-driven, an independent thinker, and a devoted dog enthusiast. We are looking for an ambitious individual eager to progress through our training program to become a Scenthound Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics, including average ticket price and rebooking rates through memberships, service add-ons, and retail sales
  • Generate membership leads and follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records
  • Oversee cash transactions and manage the cash drawer
  • Meet customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area in accordance with Scenthound standards
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned by the Scenter Manager

Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Confidence in selling services and products
  • Ability to engage with clients (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Capacity to learn about our offerings and educate dog owners, aligning with our values and mission
  • Effective communication skills with team members and clients (in-person and over the phone)
  • Ability to independently resolve issues using Scenthound principles as a guide
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Time management skills for efficient appointment scheduling
  • Accountability to uphold Scenthound standards
