We seek a driven team player who is enthusiastic about sales and customer service. A successful Membership Sales and Customer Service Specialist is personable, self-driven, an independent thinker, and a devoted dog enthusiast. We are looking for someone eager to grow their career through our training program aimed at developing future Scenthound Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote membership sales through education on health and wellness
  • Achieve key performance metrics such as average transaction value and membership renewal rates
  • Generate leads for memberships and follow up with prospective clients
  • Handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain customer records
  • Oversee cash management and daily financial transactions
  • Manage customer expectations, address concerns, and ensure membership retention
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area in accordance with Scenthound standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Center Manager

Skills and Competencies:

  • Confidence in selling services and products
  • Ability to engage with clients (both canine and human) and deliver exceptional service
  • Capacity to learn about our offerings and communicate our values effectively
  • Strong communication skills with team members and clients (in-person and via phone)
  • Proficient in problem-solving using Scenthound values as a guide
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Accountability to uphold Scenthound standards
