Position Summary

Equinox is in search of Membership Sales Advisors for our cutting-edge facilities.

As a Membership Advisor, your primary responsibility will be to meet or surpass individual sales targets, renewals, and additional service goals. This will involve strategic outreach, generating leads within the club, and fostering member referrals. It is essential to possess comprehensive knowledge of the club's offerings and to cultivate strong relationships with both prospective and existing members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales of club memberships
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities
  • Organize events and workshops to generate leads
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, renewals, and service goals
  • Plan outreach activities each month to secure member referrals
  • Establish and maintain rapport with prospective and current members
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in sales is preferred
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Confidence in a performance-based compensation structure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits
