Your Responsibilities
Location: Remote position within the Central or Southwestern region of the United States. Proximity to a major airport is essential, with travel expectations of 60-70% of the time.

- Drive revenue growth and enhance market presence at assigned agencies to ensure customer satisfaction and meet Axon's strategic goals.
- Build and nurture client relationships to stimulate revenue expansion.
- Formulate and implement account strategies in collaboration with the account team to present compelling value propositions.
- Foster customer relationships and guarantee effective service delivery.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction by understanding their business and workflows, and establishing a solid network within accounts.
- Support the execution of strategies at the account level.
- Collaborate with specialists as necessary.
- Oversee all activities related to accounts.
- Responsible for forecasting and maintaining timely communication with management regarding account statuses, competitor activities, and marketing feedback.
- Document customer interactions in internal systems to implement account strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Provide product training to customers as needed.
- Manage individual expense budgets.
- Own account relationships and ensure overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
Your Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of proven experience in customer-facing sales roles managing complex processes.
- 2+ years of experience managing a portfolio of major enterprise-level clients with a consultative sales approach.
- Proficient in data management using Salesforce (preferred) or similar CRM systems.
- Familiarity with virtualization and cloud technologies.
- Ability to articulate complex solution offerings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% of the time (2-3 days per week), including potential overnight trips.
- 2+ years of experience in selling SaaS technologies is highly preferred.
- Experience in startups and relevant industry verticals.
- Background in law enforcement or public safety is highly preferred.
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
- Prepared to take ownership and drive success in the territory.

The compensation for this role includes uncapped commissions and a base salary that varies by geographic market. The On-Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is a combination of base salary and commission targets. Actual compensation will depend on various factors including experience, skills, and market demands.
