Lead Operations Executive

Position Overview:
KH Commercial Roofing is on the lookout for an experienced Lead Operations Executive to enhance our operational framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily functions of our organization, fostering efficiency, and ensuring optimal performance across all departments. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of commercial roofing solutions and a solid background in operations leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Development:
Formulate and execute operational strategies, policies, and protocols aimed at boosting productivity and efficiency.
Oversee daily operations, including financial planning, resource management, and operational logistics.
Team Leadership and Compliance:
Regularly engage with team members to guarantee adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
Guide and support a diverse team of operational professionals, including project leaders, service coordinators, and estimators, to meet organizational objectives.
Facilitate weekly team meetings to maintain alignment and organization among staff.
Client Interaction:
Engage with clients to provide expert guidance on roofing solutions.
Conduct in-person meetings with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any inquiries.
Performance Monitoring and Enhancement:
Evaluate operational performance through data analysis and metrics, implementing necessary improvements.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational enhancements.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Work closely with various departments to streamline processes and elevate overall business performance.
Regulatory Compliance and Expertise:
Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Maintain an extensive knowledge of commercial roofing systems and industry best practices.
Safety Oversight:
Lead monthly safety discussions and ensure that safety protocols are consistently followed.
Support for Estimation Teams:
Assist estimators and other personnel in recommending optimal roofing solutions tailored to client needs.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management or operations role, demonstrating a successful track record.
Exceptional leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and guiding teams toward achieving strategic goals.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Thorough understanding of operational processes and industry best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Extensive familiarity with commercial roofing systems.
