Qualifications

  • A degree from a recognized university or college in a relevant field such as law, social work, human resources, finance, marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in leadership and management principles pertinent to healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment.
  • Familiarity with all applicable federal and provincial legislation relevant to voluntary sector organizations, including employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, taxation, and health coverage.
  • Awareness of current community challenges and opportunities related to our organizational mission.
  • Expertise in human resources management.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles.
  • Experience in project management.
