Qualifications
- A degree from a recognized university or college in a relevant field such as law, social work, human resources, finance, marketing, management, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in leadership and management principles pertinent to healthcare, behavioral health, or addiction treatment.
- Familiarity with all applicable federal and provincial legislation relevant to voluntary sector organizations, including employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, taxation, and health coverage.
- Awareness of current community challenges and opportunities related to our organizational mission.
- Expertise in human resources management.
- Knowledge of financial management principles.
- Experience in project management.
