Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage several construction projects simultaneously.
  • Formulate project strategies, timelines, and financial plans.
  • Coordinate project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Track project advancement, quality assurance, and safety adherence.
  • Recognize and alleviate potential risks.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for engineers and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports.
  • Administer project finances and resource distribution.
  • Encourage a culture of safety, quality, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Senior Project Manager in the construction sector.
  • Technical expertise in construction techniques and materials.
  • Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Comprehension of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline (preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent certification (preferred).
