We are seeking a Lead Financial Strategist for a well-established and expanding global manufacturing organization.

This company is currently experiencing growth, and this individual will play a crucial role in enhancing the financial operations across three manufacturing facilities.

In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, developing comprehensive financial models and forecasts, and aiding in the formulation of strategies that drive financial performance.


Key Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed financial analysis to support operational decision-making.
Develop financial models and forecasts tailored to manufacturing processes.
Evaluate the financial health of operations through KPI assessments.
Analyze and monitor manufacturing expenses, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements.
Partner with operations teams to understand cost drivers and implement effective cost management strategies.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts for manufacturing operations.
Monitor and report on budget variances, providing insights and recommendations.
Deliver financial insights that support continuous improvement initiatives.
Create regular financial reports for senior leadership.
Establish and maintain standard costs for all products in collaboration with procurement, production, and engineering teams.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Understanding of accruals and journal entries
  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong knowledge of FP&A and Accounting Principles
  • Demonstrated experience as a Financial Analyst in a manufacturing setting
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project Planning, and Office Suite
