Position Overview:
Tow Pro, a family-owned enterprise specializing in Towing & Specialized Hauling, is seeking a dedicated Field Sales Executive to enhance our sales operations across the Southeastern United States. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in discovering new business opportunities, nurturing these prospects, and collaborating with our sales team to convert leads into loyal customers. Staying attuned to industry developments will be essential for identifying emerging markets and crafting strategies to leverage these opportunities for revenue growth.
As a representative of our brand, you will be tasked with fostering and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Building trust and providing support to potential customers will be key to driving future sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers daily to cultivate leads for the sales team.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients.
- Keep detailed records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
- Inform customers about the financial and professional benefits of our products and services.
- Promote and sell the company's offerings to potential clients.
- Analyze competitor activities, new product launches, and market conditions to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility.
- Generate weekly sales and contact reports using the company's CRM software for management review.
- Utilize available resources to reach out to prospects and assist the sales team in converting leads into customers.
- Update client information in the company database.
- Stay informed about industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve personal and company sales targets.
- Coordinate with team members and leaders to generate leads and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and values to accurately represent Tow Pro to all customers.
- Execute responsibilities efficiently, focusing on cost reduction where feasible.
Qualifications and Skills:
Preferred candidates will possess an Associate's Degree or higher in fields such as marketing, business, economics, or communications, or have equivalent experience demonstrating customer engagement expertise.
A strong phone presence and comfort in initiating conversations are crucial for success in this role. Candidates should be proactive problem solvers with a positive demeanor, as the work environment is dynamic and ever-changing.
