JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Vice President, you will spearhead the development of business strategies and negotiate the sale, leasing, and marketing of commercial real estate assets for our clientele.

Honorary titles such as Senior Associate, Vice President, First Vice President, Senior Vice President, Executive Vice President, and Vice Chairman are conferred based on performance metrics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management, while promoting additional services to existing clients.
2. Provide essential information to tenants and landlords regarding leasing options, current market trends, and property valuations.
3. Accompany potential clients on property tours to discuss features, leasing rates, and contractual terms.
4. Compile and present comprehensive property data, including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and updates for listing or tenant representation assignments.
5. Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and evaluate responses received.
6. Analyze market data and generate real estate reports detailing average asking rents, tenant presence, historical trends, and market comparisons.
7. Coordinate necessary materials for transactions, including listing agreements, commission contracts, leases, and sales agreements.
8. Draft offers, term sheets, and lease modifications.
9. Assist legal teams in preparing real estate documents such as deeds, leases, and mortgages, while participating in negotiations and due diligence processes.
10. Stay informed about market conditions, property values, and relevant legislation impacting the real estate sector.
11. Draft correspondence for current and prospective clients, and prepare marketing materials.
12. Engage with the local business community and participate in charitable events, as well as industry associations to foster new connections and business opportunities.
13. Maintain accurate and updated information in company databases.
Other responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
May provide informal guidance to team members but does not include hiring or termination responsibilities. Offers technical assistance and training to colleagues and may coordinate tasks within a project.

QUALIFICATIONS
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate the ability to fulfill essential duties effectively. The qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited institution.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Real Estate Salesperson license is required.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong organizational and analytical skills. Capable of delivering efficient, timely, and courteous service to clients and effectively presenting information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE
Requires familiarity with financial terminology and principles, with the ability to perform calculations involving percentages, discounts, and commissions, as well as conduct basic financial analyses.

REASONING ABILITY
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various documents. Proficient in problem-solving with multiple options in complex situations, requiring intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
