As a key member of the CBRE team, the Commercial Real Estate Associate Broker will play a vital role in driving business growth, marketing commercial properties, and facilitating negotiations for leasing, purchasing, or selling assets on behalf of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship management.
- Provide clients with essential insights regarding leasing options, current market trends, and property valuations.
- Accompany potential clients on property tours to discuss features, rental rates, and contractual terms.
- Compile and analyze property data, including tenant surveys, summary reports, and market maps.
- Prepare Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and assess responses, creating specialized reports on market conditions and historical data.
- Coordinate necessary documentation for transactions, including listing agreements, commission contracts, leases, and sales agreements.
- Assist legal teams in drafting real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence processes.
- Exhibit foundational knowledge of real estate principles with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Model behaviors aligned with CBRE's core values and maintain high-quality work standards.
- Adhere to established procedures to meet objectives and deadlines while effectively communicating with team members.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following:
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with up to three years of relevant experience in the real estate sector. A Real Estate License is highly desirable.
- Ability to apply existing procedures to resolve standard issues.
- Experience in analyzing data and applying standard practices for informed decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and a curious mindset.
- Intermediate mathematical skills, including the ability to perform complex calculations related to finance.
