Position Overview:

PayPal Data Services, Inc., a subsidiary of PayPal, Inc., is seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordinated management of large-scale, intricate programs to achieve defined business objectives. - Ensure timely delivery of business value and optimal utilization of organizational resources. - Develop a comprehensive understanding of the program's vision, purpose, and anticipated business benefits. - Define measurable KPIs aligned with company goals and objectives. - Oversee the program-level breakdown of tasks across multiple delivery teams. - Collaborate across organizational boundaries to identify program interdependencies and release strategies. - Execute and deliver programs in alignment with product vision and program goals, objectives, and timelines. - Engage appropriate domain resources as necessary. - Formulate innovative solutions to address resource challenges. - Drive the resolution of program-level issues, utilizing scrum-of-scrums as required. - Facilitate executive-level escalations and manage program-level change effectively. - Monitor the health of program delivery, tracking status, risks, issues, and dependencies. - Address impediments faced by delivery teams. - Resolve program-level obstacles to ensure successful execution. - Manage program communications, keeping stakeholders informed of roadmap changes, release plans, and delivery status. - Conduct program-level reviews with delivery teams, stakeholders, and executive management as needed. - Promote the integration and adoption of agile delivery practices across teams. - Facilitate program retrospectives to identify opportunities for improvement. - Advocate for and implement desired changes to foster continuous improvement. - Support key management roles as necessary to ensure successful program delivery efforts.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: A Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, along with two years of experience in the offered position, as a Program Manager, or in a related role.
