Overview

MindCare Solutions, a leading provider of comprehensive mental health solutions for long-term care communities, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our expanding team. As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and build connections with key decision makers.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy that includes generating leads, obtaining scheduled meetings, qualifying opportunities, presenting MindCare's mental health solutions, managing a sales pipeline, closing contracts, and ensuring successful onboarding of new communities.
  • Relationship Building and Management: Establish and maintain lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers, including Administrators, Executive Directors, DONs, Wellness Directors, Social Workers, corporate contacts, and other individuals in long-term care communities.
  • Communication and Education: Effectively communicate with potential partners on the benefits of partnering with MindCare and utilizing our team of Providers.
  • Pipeline Management and KPIs: Grow and manage a robust pipeline and consistently meet/exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Internal Collaboration and Communication: Communicate and escalate issues internally with the clinical team.
  • Representation and Networking: Represent MindCare at conferences and networking events as needed.
  • Travel and CRM Management: Availability to travel for team meetings as needed and utilize, update, and manage CRM software.

Requirements

  • Proven Sales Experience: A proven track record of successful sales experience, with a hunter mentality and ability to foster relationships with key decision makers.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to learn and master required technologies, including CRM software.
  • Behavioral Health Experience: Behavioral health experience is a plus, but not required.
