Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, community-based organizations, and government agencies
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and present sales materials and presentations to key stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managed care sales and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong understanding of healthcare and managed care industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in sales and marketing in the healthcare industry
  • Knowledge of government programs, including Medicare and Medicaid
  • Experience working with community-based organizations and government agencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
