Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Point32Health. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including providers, community-based organizations, and government agencies
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and present sales materials and proposals to potential customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide recommendations for improvement
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in managed Medicare, managed long-term care, and/or Medicaid sales
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, outreach, and/or community relationship within a managed care environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales-related software
- Experience developing market research information and market strategies for sales teams
- Experience developing relationships with community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, providers, etc.
- Prior community outreach and advocacy experience
- Working knowledge of elderly services and programming
- Experience with government programs, Medicare, and Medicaid
