Job Title: Business Development Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a Business Development Representative II, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, school systems, and government facilities
  • Present proposals for lawncare services and programs, and negotiate contracts
  • Generate new business leads through prospecting and adding new commercial customers
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, including coordinating with local branch management and service teams
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience
  • Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, and industry or internal company related experience
  • Valid Driver's License
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the organization's products and services
  • Demonstrated consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external decision-makers
