Business Development Representative II

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative II to join our team. As a Business Development Representative II, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, school systems, and government facilities
- Present proposals for lawncare services and programs, and negotiate contracts
- Generate new business leads through prospecting and adding new commercial customers
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of accounts, including coordinating with local branch management and service teams
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or related work experience
- Previous sales experience, proven sales track record, and industry or internal company related experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Knowledge of the organization's products and services
- Demonstrated consultative selling abilities
- Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external decision-makers
