Sales Director

A leading luxury fitness company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our studio to success. This is a full-time position based in the Sherman, CA area.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
- Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes
- Membership and retail sales
- Manage staff schedules
- Supervise Sales Representatives
- Hire and manage all instructors at the studio
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized studio environment
- Enforce studio policies and procedures
- Schedule and participate in networking and community events
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
- 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Representatives
- Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
- Previous management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented and competitive spirit
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
- Passion for fitness and excellent writing and grammar skills
- Highly organized and proficient in data management
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
- Proficiency with computers and studio software
