Job Title: Sales Manager

A leading luxury fitness company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our studio to success. This is a full-time position based in the Sherman, CA area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking
  • Implement sales processes to schedule prospects into introductory classes
  • Membership and retail sales
  • Manage staff schedules
  • Supervise Sales Representatives
  • Hire and manage all instructors at the studio
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and organized studio environment
  • Enforce studio policies and procedures
  • Schedule and participate in networking and community events
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
  • Confident in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Representatives
  • Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams
  • Previous management or supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented and competitive spirit
  • Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment
  • Passion for fitness and excellent writing and grammar skills
  • Highly organized and proficient in data management
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
  • Proficiency with computers and studio software
