SEI Investments is a leading global asset management firm with a strong presence in the institutional market. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our North American Institutional team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with institutional asset owners, identifying prospective clients, and developing a sales strategy based on a prospect's unique circumstances. Strong analytical and presentation skills are necessary for this role, as well as a deep understanding of the institutional investor market place and SEI's investment process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in the investment management industry, with a strong track record of providing advice on investment policy, strategic asset allocation, risk management, and asset class structure. They will also have excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate relationships with institutional asset owners and identify prospective clients
- Develop a sales strategy based on a prospect's unique circumstances
- Work across functional teams to grow SEI's Institutional OCIO business
- Present to prospective clients in a boardroom setting
- Provide leadership and bring innovative ideas to assist SEI in evolving our OCIO business
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the investment management industry
- Deep understanding of the institutional investor market place and SEI's investment process
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Ability to manage multiple agendas and achieve results
