Job Summary:

SEI Investments is a global asset management firm seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Director of Sales to join our North American Institutional team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating relationships with institutional asset owners, identifying prospective clients, and developing a sales strategy based on a prospect's unique circumstances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with institutional asset owners and identify prospective clients
  • Develop a sales strategy based on a prospect's unique circumstances
  • Work across functional teams to grow SEI's Institutional OCIO business
  • Present to prospective clients in a boardroom setting
  • Provide leadership and bring innovative ideas to assist SEI in evolving our OCIO business

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the investment management industry
  • Deep understanding of the institutional investor market place and SEI's investment process
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
  • Critical business skills including excellent communication, cross-selling, customer negotiation, problem solving, presentation, and project management skills
