Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the recruitment process by ensuring timely posting of open positions.
- Oversee the advertisement of vacancies in appropriate channels to attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Guide candidates through the application process and review applications daily.
- Support pre-screening and interviewing efforts in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews and manage pre-selection processes, including background checks and drug screenings.
- Facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
- Manage payroll tasks, including verifying timesheets and addressing payroll inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal labor laws, ensuring all regulatory information is posted as required.
- Organize team member activities and community outreach programs.
- Assist in managing group benefits and participate in the annual open enrollment process.
- Support off-boarding processes, ensuring all company property is returned and final checks are processed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Associate's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 2 years of administrative or human resources experience preferred.
- Prior HRIS experience, preferably with UKG.
