  • Batch Preparation: Obtain and verify the correct documentation for each batch, ensuring that all necessary ingredients are delivered to the work area.
  • Machinery Setup: Set up and start weigh-up or packaging machinery, checking all controls for adherence to operating and safety procedures.
  • Quality Control: Safely and accurately process, batch off, screen, cut up, package, and/or skid material to meet customer specifications.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform all required machine cleaning and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation: Complete and maintain required paperwork and/or documents.
  • Compliance: Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations, maintaining departmental housekeeping standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Certifications: Forklift Operators License completed.
  • Skills: Manual dexterity, quantitative skills, reading comprehension, and conflict resolution skills.
