Position: Commercial Sales Specialist at CPI Security Systems
CPI Security Systems, a leading provider in the security and automation sector, is looking for a Commercial Sales Specialist to enhance their operations. In this role, you will be tasked with designing, showcasing, and marketing our award-winning security and automation offerings. You will engage in lead generation and prospecting activities utilizing the tools provided by the company. This position transcends conventional sales roles as you will work closely with clients to comprehend and fulfill their security and automation needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Clearly articulate CPI Security Systems' value proposition, product vision, and capabilities to prospective clients
- Proactively generate customer engagement opportunities to meet or surpass sales objectives
- Establish and nurture exceptional relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a consistent schedule of appointments with accounts in your designated area
- Organize product displays and merchandising to boost sales
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve collective goals
Benefits Offered:
- $60,000 to $90,000 in annual average earnings
- Guaranteed base salary plus commission, along with a $1,000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of experience in outside sales preferred, though training is available for suitable candidates
- Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and integrity
- Exceptional time-management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Strong communication skills and professional credibility to influence sales outcomes
- Detail-oriented, creative, and decisive
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
