We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at L4 Security and Consulting Group. As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties and personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect property and lives: You will be responsible for protecting the property and lives of our clients, including monitoring entrance and exit points, identifying visitors, and asking for appropriate documentation.
- Monitor and respond to alarms: You will be responsible for responding to alarms and calls of distress, and taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of our clients.
- Complete accurate reports: You will be responsible for completing accurate daily and incident reports, including recording observations, information occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Prevent unauthorized access: You will be responsible for preventing the passage of prohibited vehicles into restricted areas, and inspecting and adjusting security systems, equipment, and machinery as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a security-related role
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
